Aaron Fernandes is a well-traveled professional with over 18 years of experience, his expertise lies in building long term relationships with partners and finding immediate solutions to seemingly unsolvable problems. He founded Aaron Fernandes Entertainment (AFE) an international arts management organization based in Mumbai, India in March 2020. AFE has three verticals – Agent, Production and Tour Management & Consultancy. AFE specializes in dance but also works with companies and artists from across all genres and throughout the globe. 

Our role is tailored to the needs of each individual artist and organization and, through our strong focus on efficiency, quality and personalised service, we assure a valuable and enriching experience for all. We offer a wide array of services from international representation, consulting, production, technical services, stage management, individual artist management, tour production and management and logistical expertise.

Besides running AFE, Aaron is currently the Project Manager for CINARS based in Montreal and an ISPA Global Fellow for three consecutive years from 22-24 and was part of the planning committee for the 2025 New York Congress and also co-led the Fellows Day.
